The idea
One AI agent is useful. A squad of them is a different thing entirely, each with its own job, its own personality, and its own tools. I wanted my own team, so I built one.
How it runs
The squad lives on my Mac and I reach every agent from my phone through one home base. Each agent only gets the tools its job needs. The stylist can read live store stock. The assistant can manage my calendar and my tasks. Nobody gets powers their job doesn't call for.
What I learned
Guardrails first. Every power runs through an allowlist, anything destructive asks me to confirm before it moves, and everything gets logged. Trust lives in the plumbing, not in a promise.
